Well folks, the day has finally come. After 11 years (mostly) at Hearth, we send Ms. Cresta Smith (c. l. smith) off to Ireland.

For those of you who have sat at the bar at Hearth, you know what a wonderful light Cresta is. A true beacon of hospitality, whether mixing wicked concoctions or recommending the perfect bottle of w**e, Cresta is an anchor for us, someone who never cuts corners, who always keeps it real. The hardest working person we know (and she’ll let you know).

Cresta, we love you, we will miss you, and we’re so excited for your journey ahead.

Sustainably-sourced local lobsters from our friends at Greenpoint Fish. Greenmarket salad. Corn on the cob. Peach Cobbler. Bibs will be provided, obvi.
