Our Summer Pop Shop from Executive Pastry Chef is open for business. ☀️ Our first pop drop lands today from 4–6pm at our streetside cart on the corner of 19th & Park.

All summer long, we’ll be dropping new pops inspired by what we’re loving at the GrowNYC Greenmarket, with  a portion of proceeds benefiting our friends at , , and drivechange.

Morning Market Meetings are back at Union Square Cafe! We’re kicking off our annual tradition of breakfast at the restaurant alongside some of the chefs and cookbook authors we admire most, followed by a stroll through the Union Square Greenmarket.
 
FIRST UP on June 24: join in conversation with Marco Canora of Hearth and brodo and Claudia Fleming, Executive Culinary Director of Daily Provisions and author of The Last Course. Morning includes seasonal pastries, coffee and tea, plus a guided Greenmarket stroll with a curated shopping list inspired by the season’s best ingredients.

Bluefin Tuna Calabrese with spicy sun-dried tomato, apricot, and mint. Faroe Island Salmon with carrot, coriander, and crema. Fluke Crudo Verde with spring onion, basil, and kohlrabi crunch.
