Brodo is coming to the Hamptons. Come meet Marco Canora and sip a broth with us this Sunday October 11th at Sagaponack General Store

We are excited to add the general store to our hot cup reseller program on Faire, where small businesses can serve Brodo lattes in a coffee cup to their customers.

Two founders, one window, and a latte that isn’t what you’d expect.

On launch day, brodo’s Chef Marco Canora sat down with Mike Salguero, founder and CEO of ButcherBox, to talk about how this collaboration came together: a savory winter squash pumpkin spice latte made with Brodo’s 100% grass-fed beef broth and ButcherBox’s 100% grass-fed beef tallow. It’s a chef’s take on fall’s favorite drink, built on real ingredients from two brands that care where their food comes from.

Hear the story behind it, then come taste it at the Brodo window — or bring both brands home with a Brodo broth and ButcherBox meat subscription, delivered straight to your door.

Last Saturday at NYC Health & Fitness Festival & Community 2026!

Our favorite part was pouring a first sip for so many people, whether they’d heard of Brodo and never tried it or had never heard of us at all. In a sea of sweet drinks, we were the savory one, and it was exciting to see how many people reached for it.

We met all kinds of people: athletes and non-athletes, kids and adults, and we loved seeing broth fit into everyone’s version of strong.

A huge thank you to NYC TRAINER for having us!

Brodo will get you from breakfast to lunch, or from lunch to dinner. That’s why Marco Canora calls it a bridge. For many of our customers, it’s also the first thing they put into their body when they wake up, or a nutritious substitute for an evening cup of tea or glass of w**e.

We call Brodo a daily ritual, but for many of us, it’s something we drink two, three, or even four times a day to stay hydrated, nourished, satiated, and in a great mood.

In 18th-century Paris, the word “restaurant” originally referred to a physical food item, not a place. It was a slow-simmered, highly concentrated “restorative broth” meant to cure exhaustion and soothe delicate chests or digestive tracts.

People often think bone broth is a trend. The truth is that we’re bringing something back that humans have consumed around the globe for a very long time.

As the seasons shift, your gut is doing more work than you think. shares that about 70% of your immune system lives in your gut lining — one more reason bone broth belongs in your fall routine.

Real bones, real vegetables, simmered slow. No shortcuts, just the good stuff.

The soup that uses whatever’s about to go bad in your fridge.

Chef Marco’s lentil soup is built from crisper-drawer vegetables, lentils, and Brodo broth — almost no planning required, and it tastes like it simmered all day. It’s the ultimate fridge clean-out solution.

Pro tip: blend a couple cups of the finished soup and stir it back in for extra creaminess.
