Y’all. We are beyond honored to be named one of 10 Food & W**e’s Best New Chefs of 2026. It still feels surreal.
First and foremost, thank you to our incredible team. This recognition belongs to every person who shows up, works hard, cares deeply, and helps bring The Paper Bridge to life every single day. We could never do this without you. We are so grateful for your talent, your trust, and everything you pour into this place.
To our guests, friends, and family — thank you for believing in us and supporting our journey every step of the way. You’ve given us the courage to keep learning, experimenting, and sharing the food and stories of Northern Vietnam.
And a very special thank you to the entire Food & W**e team for seeing our work, believing in our story, and giving us the opportunity to shine and share a little piece of Vietnam with the world. We are incredibly grateful for this platform and this moment.
And congratulations to every chef named to the 2026 Best New Chefs class! It was such a joy and an honor to meet all of you. We are surrounded by so many incredibly talented, inspiring, and passionate chefs, and we feel lucky to be part of this amazing group.
This is an incredible honor, but definitely not the finish line. Just more motivation to keep going.
