This week we are bringing back a couple of our favorite dishes from the past few years. Up first is our version of beef carpaccio with some fresh Fall flavors. Stay tuned this week for a few more of our favorites hitting our menu 😍 !

One of our favorite bites on the menu right here. Charred on the grill all together and served on a little tare- octopus, shish*to pepper and date. A perfect bite of savory sweet spicy etc etc etc just trust us it's really good. ✌️✌️

2023 Cho Wines Willamette Valley Pinot Noir! An amazing w**e from an amazing husband and wife power couple! We love highlighting smaller production operations like this one as we do our best to craft a truly personal and unique dining experience at Normandie!
