We love this community, having been planted here years ago at the S.P.A.C.E Farmers market. Now we are opening in Pahoa and want to offer great eats, friends, and a space to be together. Tin Shack Bakery is committed to this community and wants to give back in love however we can.

2 . Long rise sourdough, for flavors and good digestion
3. Dutch oven baking: makes a thick yet soft crust
