Are the terms belief and unbelief moral terms?
Moral defined :
concerned with the principles of right and wrong behavior and the goodness or badness of human character.
"the moral dimensions of medical intervention"
Belief and unbelief are not Moral terms.
Belief by grace through faith.
Unbelief is confusion keeping people from belief.
Belief produces Morals.
Unbelief produces immorality.
Belief defined:
an acceptance that a statement is true or that something exists.
Unbelief defined:
inability or refusal to accept that something is true or real.

John 3:16-18
For God so loued þe world, that he gaue his only begotten Sonne: that whosoeuer beleeueth in him, should not perish, but haue euerlasting life.

For God sent not his Sonne into the world to condemne the world: but that the world through him might be saued.

¶ He that beleeueth on him, is not condemned: but hee that beleeueth not, is condemned already, because hee hath not beleeued in the Name of the onely begotten Sonne of God.
It is important to understand that;
People live in unbelief because of the darkness of confusion.
People who live in unbelief do so because they are deceived through the confusion of darkness ; therefore they love darkness because of unbelief.
Now understanding that unbelief is not a moral standard we can love the masses who live in unbelief that they too believe.
In simple terms of Christ what are we believing or not believing?
In a kukui nut shell by grace through faith and Not that of ourselves , we are either believing our name is written in the book of life or due confusion of darkness we are condemned slaves to the motions of sin keeping us from believing that our name is written in the book of life.
Due the confusion of darkness;
Dying in unbelief will blot a humans name out of the book of life. Blasphemy of the Holy Ghost will blot a humans name out of the book of life.
However, simply recieving by grace through faith and not that of ourselves espoused to one Lord Jesus Christ Messiah we will not ever be blotted out of the book of life.
This is the gospel that we teach and preach everywhere that All may turn from unbelief.
