Our Chicago journey is now over, we spent the day at Navy Pier, went on a killer boat ride around Lake Michigan. We fly out early tomorrow morning. This momma is suddenly pooped out! Feeling fulfilled with our journey.

Eli is having a blast in Laramie! He finished his first week of school (scored high on his 3 tests!) and this weekend got to go out of Town with his peers for the day!

❤️ WE’RE COMING HOME! ❤️

We are so incredibly thankful for the family time we’ve had these past couple of weeks. Getting to slow down, spend time together, make memories, and get our boys settled into their new adventure was exactly what we needed.

We’ll be arriving back home late Sunday night and taking a couple days to unpack, restock and get everything prepped — then Panchos Tacos is BACK next week! 🌮

We surprised Panchos mom & dad - they had NO IDEA we were coming. We just showed up and knocked on their door. Its been 22yrs since Pancho and I have been back to Chicago.
