I would like to thank my Father for taking me to my first deli, Wolfies in Miami Beach in 1969, my wife and her family for teaching me how to make Lox and of course Guy Fieri, and Food Network for spreading the word thru all his TV shows.

A big shout out to out 7000th follower, Brendan Kiss. Brendan next time you are at the truck lunch is on me.

Before the whole DDD thing happened I had about the same number of followers on social media as other trucks, ~ 800. We used to challenge each other to get more, then DDD and the first time it was on 1500 more that night. It reminded me of the old weekend cartoons when they would make the car go faster by pushing the speedometer needle with a finger.

Ever since then it has been a steady rise and each time we cross a line I feel humbled. 7000 isn't many for a restaurant but for a Pastrami Slinging food truck its pretty amazing. Thanks to each of you for following along on this journey and for coming to try our food.
