CREDO Conduit A interdisciplinary society of individuals who believe work and life gets better when they come alongside each other.

We provide month-to-month workspace and meeting room rentals. The Conduit society is a partnership with SunGate Capital. Headquartered at SunGate Studios (1001 North Orange Avenue in Orlando, Florida) we regularly convene large and small groups around the areas of education, creative services and civic engagement. We also provide individuals and companies with a membership based collaborative work space. The Conduit society started in 2011 with free-skill based workshops and songwriters showcases. In 2015 we added a one-year collaborative workspace prototype in partnership with the Florida Hospital Innovation Lab (FHIL). During that period, the Conduit Society curated and housed 22 companies in a 6,000 square foot space on the campus of the Florida Hospital. These companies provide services and products in various industries, such as film, gaming, clothing and leather goods, food, events, branding, education and transportation social innovation, cause marketing, creative services, photography, and local news. Due to the success of the prototype, the CREDO team along with Kyle Christian Steele began looking for a way to scale its operations. The project caught the attention of Ed Haddock, Co-Chairman and CEO of Full Sail University and Founder of SunGate Capital, who was actively looking for ways to connect his entrepreneurial, creative and social impact DNA with local innovators. In January 2016 the joint venture between The Conduit Society and SunGate Capital was born.

Their monthly gatherings bring women together for connection, shared learning, inspiration, and a closer look at the programs and resources supporting women across Central Florida.

On October 26, the conversation turns to Your Health Is Your Power: Advocating for Your Body & Your Future. In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the evening will explore prevention, screenings, healthcare options, and what it means to speak up for your needs with confidence and clarity.

The gathering also includes dinner, meaningful conversation, and time to connect with the Women on the Rise community.

Manny Arredondo's answer? Make distractions harder to reach. He uses Brick, an NFC device that temporarily blocks distracting apps while he's working, creating a little more space for deep focus.

Austin learned something important during the pandemic: he was not built to work alone. After moving to Orlando, one conversation at a coffee shop led him to The Conduit, and within days he had found the kind of workspace and community he had been searching for.
