a staple across many asian cultures.

sesame balls are often shared during celebrations, gatherings, and holidays especially lunar new year. they symbolize happiness, togetherness, and good fortune. their round shape represents unity and fullness, which is part of why they’ve remained such a comforting and beloved dish for generations.
