You asked for updates… so here’s your Smoke on the Water Restaurant update. ❤️

A few snapshots from around Smoke this week.

The custom glass is in today. The team is on-site making things happen. Cozy corners are taking shape. Details are being finished up on the patio. Brian Olsen’s artwork is beginning to find its place again, making this new chapter feel a little more like home. The little details are finally beginning to make it feel less like a construction zone and more like a restaurant again.

We know everyone wants an opening date. Truthfully? So do we!

Until we have one we can confidently stand behind, we’d rather show you what’s actually happening behind the scenes. We’re doing everything within our control to get these doors open as quickly as possible, and we’re grateful for your patience as the final pieces fall into place.

In the meantime, Father’s Day orders are rolling in. If you’d like us to handle the BBQ this year, be sure to place your order by Tuesday afternoon. Smoked wings, Smoke N’ Jackets, and loaded potato cakes are all on the menu. 🔥🥔🍗

Orders due by 4pm TODAY!

Y'all showed up BIG for our Smoke on the Water Mother's Day Specials, so we figured we'd better take care of the DADS, too, because "I don't need anything" actually means bbq, wings, and loaded potato cakes, please!

We're doing another BULK TO GO ORDER SPECIAL of your most-requested items for Father's Day weekend.

Cold pickup from our rental kitchen on Saturday, June 20, complete with reheat instructions so you can make Dad's day special without spending the whole weekend in the kitchen or at the Smoker.

Orders are due by Tuesday at 4pm!

Because Dad's been manning the grill for years. This Father's Day, let him take the day off!

If you give Smoke some granite... 😊..you can finally install the bar tops and sinks.

And if you install the bar tops and sinks, you can hook up the plumbing.

And if you hook up the plumbing, you can finish the dish room.

And if you finish the dish room, you can install the rest of the kitchen.

And if you install the rest of the kitchen... well, then we can start cooking.

After months of starts, stops, and more than a few construction plot twists, another very big piece of the puzzle is finally in place. And now that this piece is in place, a lot of other things can start happening very quickly.

The granite went in this week and it is absolutely gorgeous. It's warm, dramatic, and full of movement. It fits Smoke on the Water Restaurant perfectly.

Thank you for hanging in there with us. We know you’re ready for BBQ, cocktails, live music, and making new memories on the patio.
So are we.

Update:
We’ve had a great turnout so far so we will be cutting off orders at 4pm today.

Hey Y'all....you asked for some squash casserole, mac n' cheese...and maybe a Mother's Day Special. Well, Smoke on the Water Restaurant heard you! 👇ORDER HERE 👇

We will be cooking up a storm in our rental kitchen. Pick up your orders on Saturday afternoon and heat and eat for Sunday brunch, lunch, or dinner (or whenever momma wants). Order requests are DUE by noon on Wednesday (5/6) so we can fire up the smokers.

1) We are not open just yet. We haven’t announced our opening date but it’s getting close!
2) This was not a soft opening. No food or drinks at the new location just yet. We do continue to offer catering and bulk to-go orders.
3) We had an awesome opportunity to have Julia Gulia come and perform and try out the new stage and audio equipment and a few friends came to join us. 😊
