Berry cobbler, sweet dates, and bright orange peel. 🍊☕️ There’s a lot to love about our Colombia Monserrate just based on the flavors, but behind those incredible flavors is Hilda Quintero, a coffee producer from Colombia’s Huila region and a member of the Monserrate Co-op.

We discovered Hilda’s coffee after it won the “Best of Monserrate” Competition, and after tasting it, we knew we wanted to bring it home to Denver.

The competition celebrates exceptional coffee that helps to improve quality of life in the community through sustainable practices, increased income, and recognition of the people behind every cup.

Come taste Hilda’s incredible work for yourself at our cafés, or grab a bag of Colombia Monserrate to brew at home.

If you've been meaning to try our Mango Pandan or Jasmine Green Tea house-made syrups, this is your sign. These seasonal favorites will be saying goodbye soon, so there's still a little time to enjoy them while they're on the menu.

Ethiopia is widely recognized as the birthplace of coffee, and for good reason. Some of the world's most vibrant, expressive coffees come from its highlands, including this incredible lot from producer Mrs. Tigest Wako.

Naturally processed and light roasted, this coffee opens with bright mixed berry notes, carries a lively lemon acidity, and finishes with a smooth brûlée-like sweetness. It's the kind of cup that reminds us just how exciting coffee can be.

What makes it even more special? Every bag supports a woman-produced coffee and the people who are helping shape a more equitable coffee industry.

Got an old door collecting dust in your garage? We might have the perfect new home for it.🚪♻️

As we get ready to open our Virginia Village café later this fall, we’re looking for old doors to become part of a wall installation in the new space.

Rather than buying new, we’d love to reuse, recycle, and upcycle what already exists, keeping materials out of the landfill and giving forgotten doors a completely new life.

Have a door you’re ready to part with? Donate it to us, and you may just spot it on the walls of our Virginia Village café. Send us a DM, and we'll coordinate pickup or drop-off!
