Our Guatemala Huehuetenango is produced by the CODECH cooperative and consistently scores over 85 points on the 100-point coffee cupping scale. This scale is a standardized evaluation system developed by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) for assessing coffee quality, and anything scoring 80 points or above is officially classified as "specialty coffee." Beyond its high score, this medium roast brings together delicate notes of chocolate, almond, and apricot for a balanced, approachable cup that's seriously delicious.
