Meet KO Blend.

A global blend of coffees from Africa, the Americas, and Indonesia, KO brings smoky depth, hearty flavor, lively acidity, and hints of cocoa, fruit, and spice to the cup.

It's full-bodied. It's intense.

And the name? KO = Knock Out.

We think you'll get the idea after the first sip. ☕🥊

Order it on DAZBOG.com as whole bean, ground, or single-serve cups.

Bold isn't one flavor. Sometimes it's the smoky intensity of KO Blend. The chocolatey, buttery richness of 1996 Blend. The balanced power of White Nights Espresso. Or the light-meets-dark complexity of Roulette Blend.

We've spent 30 years finding the sweet spot in every roast. If you like your coffee with plenty of body, depth, and character, we'd start with these.

Which kind of bold are you?

DAZBOG is not trying to win the argument over whether coffee should be “light,” “medium,” or “dark.” We are trying to make the best cup.

That means developing each coffee far enough to bring forward natural sweetness, body and richness while preserving the character of the coffee and its origin.

Let’s be clear, we are not opposed to lighter-roasted coffee; the coffee should simply be roasted to the level that makes it taste complete.

Try these two DAZBOG light roasts and tell us what you think: Breakfast Blend and Hermitage House Blend.

Organic certification matters. But it doesn't roast the coffee for you.

Certification tells consumers something specific about how the product was produced and certified.

It does not replace:
- Good green coffee.
- Good sourcing.
- Good roasting.
- Good quality control.

Organic coffee still has to be great coffee. We recommend Organic Sumatra.

Single origin isn't the opposite of quality blending. Single origin when you want to explore a place.
Blend when you want the roaster to build a particular cup.

A great blend requires sourcing knowledge and roasting experience.

- Try our Ethiopia Giju Hambela single-origin.
- Experience berry flavors with our Mocha Java blend.

The machine controls extraction. Your grinder matters. Your water matters. But the flavor has to exist in the coffee first.

Every one of our coffees taste exceptional brewed as espresso, but we are particularly proud of White Nights Espresso, and Caspian Espresso Blend. Specially roasted to work with the espresso extraction method. So you can brew like a DAZBOG barista in the comfort of your kitchen.

The words ‘cold brew’ on a coffee bag don't make it better for cold brew.

Three criteria:
★ BODY - It has to survive ice and dilution.
★ SWEETNESS - Cold coffee should still taste satisfying without being buried in syrup.
★ CHARACTER - You should still be able to taste the coffee.

Bold or smooth: how do you make your cold brew?

We recommend Roulette Blend for your cold brew.
