We’ve hit peak dalgona season ☀️ ☕️

Our dalgona whipped coffee is made using organic specialty freeze-dried coffee, organic coconut sugar and a whole lotta whippin 🤌

You can grab these at our cafe Wednesday-Sunday 8a-2p, Saturdays and Sundays.

We’ve got really cool things happening over here at Green Bus and Starfish 🤩

The building is getting a makeover and we are so excited for the projects and enhancements happening. We just had the building freshly painted. Next we’ll be getting more color to add our own personal touch!

Our 6th season of Farmers Markets begins!
☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶

Starting May 2nd and 3rd we’ll be back at it for a 6th season of GBC farmers markets!!! It’s funny, our first season we actually didn’t make it in time for the applications. I got super lucky and through some friends got connected with City Park Farmers Market. Turns out they needed another coffee vendor and we desperately needed another consistent spot to vend. If it wasn’t for that first year at City Park, I don’t know if Green Bus would be here today. It opened up a whole world for us and connected us to so many early GBC regulars. I’m forever grateful for Peter and Margo for giving me a chance that first season, and for all the support we’ve had over the years at our farmers markets. It has made literally everything we do possible.

It’s a carrot cake kind of weekend 🥕🍰

This weekend we’re bring back a fan favorite! We’re getting a little festive and spicing things up with our house made carrot cake latte. Made with organic carrot, warming spices and coconut sugar. It’s topped with a decedent cream cheese whip and sprinkled with toasted coconut. 100% vegan and gluten-free ingredients.

You can also grab some bangin carrot cake from if you’re really feeling wild 😋💁🏼‍♀️

House made lavender syrup, double espresso and your choice of milk. (Also great with matcha!)

Lavender Donuts:
Vegan and gluten free donuts made by ! Donuts are made in house every Saturday morning

Cherry Vanilla Latte is back! Organic Cherries, pure vanilla and almond extracts, and lots of love 💕

Saturday we have a little block party going down with lots of cool vendors including our friends food truck 🌱

Saturdays are always a good time with donuts by bakery and Sundays are the best bc we’ve got Cinnamon Rolls 🤩 Starfish Bakery is always 100% vegan and gluten-free.

Looking for some awesome humans to join our team and help nurture our Green Bus Cafe community 🚌✌️

We’re currently hiring:

• Cafe Baristas — $17/hr + tips
(Weekend availability required — at least one Saturday or Sunday.)

• Seasonal Farmers Market Baristas — $17/hr + tips
• Market Lead Baristas — $21/hr + tips
(May–November 2026 | Saturdays + Sundays. Full-season commitment preferred.)

No coffee experience required. We’re looking for people who care about hospitality, specialty ingredients, craft coffee, and being part of a strong, supportive team.

Farmers markets are fast-paced, high-energy, and team-driven. If you enjoy working hard, staying organized, and serving people well, you’ll fit right in.

Hi! We’re back open this weekend :)

Closing for an extended break has had A LOT of benefits. But we recognize it’s not without its sacrifice. We spent time traveling for the first time in years. We slept full nights and woke up naturally without alarms. We got inspired and excited to create things again. We feel so much more attuned to ourselves and see a much clearer vision of where we are headed and what we are working towards.

We also lost momentum and consistency. And we put a pause on a space that our neighborhood relies on regularly. This is something we cannot say we are thrilled about.

And still, without this perspective shift I don’t think we would be ready to move into this year and take it on with the confidence and the enthusiasm we hold now. We NEEDED this break. We needed to rest and be still for a moment so we could prepare ourselves to keep going. We lost some momentum, yes. But what we gained was far more sustainable for our health, wellbeing and the future of our businesses.

It’s not always how fast you go on your journey. If you’re going the wrong direction you’ll simply never get there.

We’ll see you sooooo soon!!! 💚💚💚
