This one’s all about cupping! It’s the way us coffee pros evaluate flavor, aroma, and quality across different coffees. 

We’ll walk through a lineup together, break down what you’re tasting, and give you the language to actually describe it.

Curious how people pick up notes like citrus, chocolate, or florals? This is where it clicks.

In two hours, you’ll learn how to taste intentionally, compare coffees side by side, and understand acidity, sweetness, body, and balance without overthinking it.

No experience needed. Just show up and slurp.

New skills. Good coffee. Maybe new friends.

Big congrats to Adam Cadmus from Wheat Ridge for taking the win with the Orange Julius Caesar 🏆

Y’all know that 2026 marks Queen City’s 10-year anniversary. To celebrate, we’re inviting a few roasters we admire, and are lucky to call homies, to share the bar with us.

First up is NOMAD Coffee from Barcelona, widely respected as one of Europe’s leading specialty roasters. NOMAD has helped push Spain’s specialty coffee movement forward through meticulous sourcing, thoughtful roasting, and deep involvement across the coffee supply chain. They were recently ranked the #1 coffee shop in Spain and #16 in the world, so you know this is legit coffee.

Our connection runs deeper than admiration: both NOMAD and Queen City work closely with our mutual friend Carlos Pola in El Salvador, supporting his vision for regenerative agriculture and transparent supply chains.

Coffee is a global community. This is our way of bringing a little more of that world into your cup right here in Denver.
