onuts are made on-site in an exhibition style. They are sold before they are 10 minutes old to ensure the very best quality. We can produce 38,400 donuts per hour at full production. Our 'Mobile' Donut Hawkers move around the visitors selling the bags of donuts directly to each person. An excellent idea when you are comfortable in your chair! High capacity Kiwi Snow Shaved Ice outlets are available as stand alone units or to compliment the donut carts. These outlets can produce one shaved ice every 5 seconds. A very popular choice during the summer months with both the young and young at heart! Did you know it takes longer than 30 minutes to eat one shaved ice!! There are 36 flavour taps on offer for each client to select their favourite flavours to add to the shaved ice. Our equipment is maintained to the very highest standard. Each outlet has a cash register and mobile EFTPOS for accurate reporting. Invertors and super silent generators are used for remote locations. Each outlet is council approved as a mobile shop. Donut Express / Kiwi Snow takes food safety very seriously and therefore introduced a Food Safety Plan in 2010. A new and improved donut recipe has been used since 1st April 2011.
