Aureate is where New Zealanders can get their sweet fix, regardless of their dietary choices. 🍰

Based in Christchurch, Aureate creates handcrafted cupcakes, unbaked treats, and packaged goods for all occasions – from celebrations to everyday sweet cravings. We're regulars at local night markets, and also take custom orders for events, gifts, or just because. We cater to all dietary requirements – including gluten-free, vegan, and raw – and love a good baking challenge! Almost any flavour, shape, quantity, or dietary requirement can be tackled, just ask. Only free-range eggs are used in each and every batch (unless it’s egg-free of course). Feel free to browse through our albums to see cakes and creations we’ve made over the years – a mix of styles, sizes, and flavours to suit all sorts of events.

Lemon meringue pie is the perfect way to use them up! You can also use our Lemon Curd in place of fresh lemons. A delicious summery dessert 😍

A little jar of golden goodness 🤎

Available both vegan and non-vegan, our Dulce de Leche is creamy and caramelised. We love spreading this on toast, using it in baking, drizzled over ice cream, or straight from the jar!

We had a fantastic time with the rest of Riverside Pantry crew last weekend at The Food Expo!

Thank you all for coming down and helping us to sell out of cupcakes before half of the day was over on Saturday! Phenomenal! 🧁 And for heaps of award winning Mulled W**e Syrup sales too! 🍷
