It's worth saving up some hunger credits and then using them at Truckstop for the Festival of Christmas. Opening at 3pm Friday and Saturday for the next two weekends, you can enjoy Asian street food from Mao and Co, smashed cheeseburgers at Dale Keith's Fire Pit, a delicious range of burgers and other gourmet treats from Good Times Food, oven fresh cookies from Mrs Blackwell's Cookie Shack and our nationally famous European Mulled Wine from the Truckstop Bar. Oh, and if you're early you can score yourself a picnic table to dine at!

Truckstop is at 102 Main Street, just up the driveway and it's full of lights, music a roaring brazier and the best casual kai in Greytown.

It's a TRUCKSTOP THREE NIGHT PARTY this weekend as we celebrate Matariki AND the Festival of Christmas. Truckstop is opening from 3pm Thursday 9 / Friday 10 / Saturday 11 July for dining, music, lights, picnic tables, Mulled Wine and the very best Cookies you've ever tasted. Bring everyone. The weather forecast looks great and we'll have some brazier flames to keep you all warm and toasty!

NEW COOKIE FLAVOURS FRIDAY AND SATURDAY! Mrs Blackwell's Cookie Shack at Truckstop has three chewy, gooey, chunky, wunky cookie flavours Friday and Saturday this weekend: Double Chocolate of course - it's a favourite, Brandy Snap - oh how Chritsmassy and NEW! Santa's Cookie Jar - Green and Red M&Ms and mini marshmallows! These are going to go like ... freshly baked cookies. Thanks to Bevan and his team at the The Offering - Greytown for being our official baker!

Tonight, Mr Blackwell and Pippin Kelly are in the shack, and on Saturday, Michelle and Barb will be dishing out the cookies.

We can't put our finger on the EXACT reason but Truckstop just feels like the place to be on Friday and Saturday nights during the Festival of Christmas. There are four incredible food spots to choose your perfect festival meal, plus a full bar selling European Style Mulled Wine, and a range of other adult and family friendly beverages (including 0%), Shane has the whole venue lit up with festoons, umbrella lights and fire braziers, the Truckstop stage is the place kids can boogie or put on a show and country Christmas tunes create a perfect festive atmosphere. Oh, and we can seat 100 visitors at our picnic tables. Maybe that's why it's so popular. It feels like the world's best Christmas Party.

Truckstop opens this Friday and Saturday for Festival VIPs from 3pm and at 4pm for everyone. And the weather forecast for this 3rd and 4th of July? SPECTACULAR. Come early! 102 Main Street, Greytown - head up the driveway where everyone else is going.

BRAND NEW AND OPEN RIGHT NOW! Mrs Blackwell's Cookie Shack is a collaboration with The Offering - Greytown where Bevan and his team bake the goodness and we sell 'em to the hungry visitors of the NZ FESTIVAL OF CHRISTMAS at Truckstop, 102 Main Street. It's open until 8pm tonight and every Friday and Saturday of the Festival right through until 25 July.

Tonight's selection of cookies baked today: White Chocolate and Ginger, Double Chocolate, and Grinch (Cranberry and White Chocolate in a Green Grinchy Base)! Come and get them fresh!

Mulled wine made from an ancient European recipe that Shane keeps secure in the Blackwell and Sons safe is served at Truckstop Greytown. Is it the very best mulled wine you've ever tasted? We'll let you be the judge. It's still just $10 for an eight oz cup so you can enjoy the festivities without breaking the bank. Good on ya, Shane.

Cookies are made fresh in Greytown by Bevan and his team at The Offering AND we have a rotating menu of delicious seasonal cookies to enjoy before, after or during your dumplings, cheeseburgers and other savoury deliciousness you'll be feasting on at Truckstop.
