Last week, our SHED Ladies Circle welcomed Isabelle Tschugmall — author, safari guide, and entrepreneur — for an evening that took us from Switzerland to the heart of Botswana.

Stories of courage, a conservation vision twice the size of Canton Zurich, and conversations that lingered long after the last glass.

Dominik Sato & Fabio Toffolon from The Chedi Andermatt. Together with our Head Chef Michael Häusle. Three chefs. One kitchen. One unforgettable evening.

From Gillardeau oyster to Balfegó tuna. From Kaisergranat with green asparagus to veal with truffle. Japanese precision meets European refinement — course after course.
