Live bait is the key to catch fish in the summer months. Using cut baits you will need to work thru those pin fish but you might get some Sea Mullet, Spot, Black Drum, Red Drum, Sheepshead and Trout. Those putting in time working the Got-cha lure and Diamond jigs may get some Spanish Mackerel and Blue Fish but it's on the slow side. Mostly Larger sized Spanish Mackerel and Tarpon for those fishing live baits off the King Rigs but still have a chamce to get a King if luck is on your side. A couple more months of Summer action to go but once the water starts to cool and we get closer to fall the fishing will get better. In these summer days there could be times when Spanish Mackerel and Speckled Trout are decent to very good for those fishing live baits.
