Meet Brian, one of our hardworking line cooks who has been part of the Cucina Vitale family for 1.5 years!

🥖 Did You Know? Brian is the talented team member behind all of our homemade bread, helping ensure every loaf is fresh and delicious for our guests.

🥩 Special Role: Brian is also our Head Cryovacer, meaning he carefully cuts and vacuum-seals all of our meats to maintain the highest standards of quality and freshness.

From baking fresh bread to prepping meats and cooking your favorite dishes, Brian plays a huge role in making Cucina Vitale what it is. We’re grateful for his hard work, dedication, and attention to detail every day!
