An extraordinary open-fire dining experience with a mission to help provide 400,000+ meals for Arizona families through .

For one night only, Chef Roberto Centeno, Food Network Chopped Champion and James Beard Award nominee, joins Armando Hernandez and Chef Nadia Holguin for an intimate, multi-course dinner centered around fire.

Each course will be thoughtfully paired with a handcrafted cocktail, creating an immersive experience complemented by handmade tortillas, floral installations and live entertainment, all beneath the open sky at The Esplanade Plaza.
