Support Mele Kafoʻatu Maʻafu – Miss Heilala 2026 Contestant

Tali ki Fisi, meaning "Wait for Fiji," symbolizes the enduring bond between Tonga and Fiji—a relationship built on kinship, respect, unity, and mutual support. It reflects the Pacific value that when one community faces challenges, another stands ready to help.

As a proud woman of both Tongan and Fijian heritage, Mele Kafoʻatu Maʻafu has chosen Tali ki Fisi as the foundation of her Miss Heilala platform.

Her vision extends beyond cultural celebration to promoting education, youth empowerment, and community resilience throughout Tonga and the Pacific.

Mele believes that strong communities are built when people invest in one another. Through education, young people gain opportunities to succeed. Through community development and skills training, villages can create lasting pathways toward self-reliance and prosperity.

Her platform honors the spirit of "Tali ki Fisi" by encouraging Pacific communities to work together, uplift one another, and preserve the values of service, compassion, and unity that have connected our islands for generations.

Funds raised through this campaign will support Mele's Miss Heilala journey and community-focused initiatives that promote:
📚 Cultural heritage education for youth
🌱 Leadership and skills development
🤝 Community empowerment and resilience
