This is one we really can't have you miss. This new pork is the best we've had. Southern fried pork chop sandwich! farms 100% duroc pork chop, breaded in saltines and cornmeal, fried extra crispy. On a sesame bun with house comeback sauce, sweet hot Schoolhouse gardens pickle, nonchalantly shredded lettuce, Oakview farm tomato and sweet onions. Last day for vichyssoise! Come see us!!!

Dirty Diana. We changed it a lil bit from the pic, the mushrooms will be on it but the sauce will be on the side for dipping. North 40 Premium Beef American wagyu picanha, Flavor Country Farms mushrooms, peppercorn gruyere, dijonnaise, 3 day caramelized Schoolhouse gardens leeks on a toasty ciabatta roll with Diane sauce for dunking. Surprise! The kids came up with a special for father's day so youre getting two. 1: The E&G CBR. Blackened PCF chicken, bacon, Coopers sharp, guacamole slaw, candied tomato and spicy dill pickle calabrian ranch. 2: house roasted heritage turkey, choped, tossed with pesto on butter griddled sourdough with dill avocado slaw, pickled shallots, tomatoes and extra crispy bacon. Monday: House roasted heritage turkey breast, tossed in pesto and loaded on butter griddled sourdough with candied roma, double crispy bacon, havarti, avocado dill slaw and pickled shallots

Tuesday: DIRTY DIANAAAAAA: Sous vide and grilled North 40 Premium Beef American wagyu picanha, Flavor Country Farms steak Diane sauce, peppercorn gruyere, dijonnaise and parsley on soft baguette

Wednesday: Yoder Farms southern fried pork chop sandwich. 100% duroc pork chop, breaded in saltines and cornmeal. Fried crispy in a soft roll with Schoolhouse gardens sweet hot pickle, comeback sauce, dirty slaw and Mac salad

Thursday: the Funky Frenchman. Slowwww braised shortrib bourgignon, camembert, tartiflette, tarragon dijonnaise and pommes boulangerie on butter griddled le q sourdough

Friday: Mississippi pot roastwich. Traditional pepperoncini and Ranch braised pot roast. On a soft roll with provolone, roasted garlic mayo, mustard, fried shallots and fried pepperoncini

Two of the 7 mother condiments were invented right here in Nebraska. (Ranch and Dorothy Lynch ) so why has nobody ever mixed the two and called in Nebraskauce? We did.
