Monday: Meatballmountainwich. House wagyu duroc meatballs, 24 hour oxtail ragu, parmesan, fontina on garlic butter pressed herb focaccia

Tuesday: Crabcake burger! House wagyu burger patty topped with a spicy house Crabcake with obbs (old bay burger sauce), coopers sharp and spicy mixed pickle on a farlic butter griddled brioche bun

Wednesday: double fried, extra crispy pcf chicken, honey glazed, mustard, pickle on a house herb buttermilk biscuit

Thursday: Kelseys tuna melt! Happy birthday Kelsey carritt!!!! House yellowfin tuna collar tossed with house mayo, celery, dill and pickle. On butter griddled cheddar bread with white cheddar, gouda, and pickle. Get it spicy with house chili crisp and add local tomato free of charge

Friday: DUCK. FRITES. Dry aged Peking duck breast, pan roasted and sliced. With sweet potato fries, duck confit, cheddar curds, crispy skin and duck fat mayo. This is the one.

Saturday: CHINESE TAKEOUT BURRITO IS BAAAAACK. House sweet n sour fried chicken, fried rice, crispy eggroll, hot mustard, crab rangoon in a giant grilled burrito. Crowd fav
