Justin from New Jersey came back for more boiled peanuts. Coming back was already a compliment, but he also made sure to tell Auntie how much he liked them.

While I was making their food, we were all talking any kine. As soon as my hands were free, I started filming and caught this part.

After 40 years apart, this father and daughter are finally together again. She came from Virginia, and he lives here on Maui. 🥹

Then she said, “We had to come here.”

What a blessing! We’re so happy you found your way back to each other. May this be the beginning of many more beautiful memories together. ❤️

I remember her when she comes in—I just have a hard time remembering her name. But I remember that she loves extra onions on her poke! 🤣

Faith loves to discover new things. She sings, dances hula, and taught herself modern dance and hip-hop. She’s great at it too! She also runs cross-country, makes crafts, loves to travel, and is a huge BTS fan! 💜

I love watching her discover what makes her happy. Keep exploring, study hard, and for now, put school first. Auntie loves you, Faith! 🥰

Kimo and I have known each other for over 20 years. His Royal Hawaiian Surf Academy shop was lost in the 2023 Lahaina fire, so I was happy to hear that his business is working its way back.

Little by little, we’re hearing about more Lahaina businesses working toward recovery. Mahalo for stopping by, Kimo! 🤙🏼

Beautiful Coral from Huntington Beach stopped in before heading to Black Rock hoping to see some turtles.

With the storm around and the ocean acting a little different, Auntie had to sneak in one little reminder to be careful. ❤️ The honu aren’t going anywhere. Hopefully the ocean settles down while she’s here and she gets her turtle adventure on a nice, calm day. 🐢🌊

Coral, it was so nice meeting you! Enjoy every minute of Maui, stay safe, and I hope plenty honu come out to say hello before you head home. 🥰🤙🏼
