Thank you to everyone who has reached out. With great sadness, we share that the historic Pacific’o on the Beach restaurant at 505 Front Street in Lahaina has been lost to the wildfires. ⁠
⁠
Although the building that housed Pacific’o on the Beach for 30 years is gone, its legacy will live on in the spirit of all those who made it such a beloved place. The memories we made together will carry us through this difficult time. ⁠
⁠
Our focus right now is on the safety and welfare of our team members who have been affected. We also wish to express our thanks to those who have tirelessly helped with the relief efforts and our hearts are with those who have been impacted. This is a very important time for us to come together as a community. ⁠
⁠
Mahalo for being a part of our ohana and we thank you for your patience as we grieve this loss and spend time with our community to recover, rebuild and heal.⁠

What exactly is a Pacific'o on the Beach wine dinner? ⁠

Ticket holders are brought together at one large table, and hosted by our guest wine expert along with Chef Isaac Bancaco and James Wadsworth who visit your table throughout the dinner, sharing merriment and knowledge.⁠
⁠
The menu for the night is themed around the special guest wine expert (who often hand delivers a special bottle or two from their private collection🤞) paired with Chef Isaac's culinary creations.⁠
⁠
For each course, the wine and food are introduced, and merriment continues as the wine floweth.⁠
⁠
It's an opportunity to try new things for beginners or cork dorks. Whoever you are, if you're wine curious: we invite you to have fun and enjoy wine with us!⁠

Guest host Zack joining us Monday night for the German wine dinner! If ever a person to explore this genre of wine with, this is your guy.⁠
Zack Musick, Director of Education for The German Wine Collection is based in San Diego but spends most of his time traveling and educating in the US, and Europe. ⁠
Maui knows him as a former Merriman’s Beverage Director for 6 years and he continues to educate in Hawaii Nei. We are thrilled to drink wine with Zack not only because he is hand-delivering very rare and special magnums from Germany, on his birthday, but because he enjoys wine with humble joy and is an absolute pleasure to share this pastime with.⁠
