We are humbled by the outpouring of support from our many families, friends, colleagues, and guests who have recently asked how they can help - in response we have set up this page. Our employees are our priority, and 100% of the funds collected will be distributed to employees based on their needs, to help them with necessities in the interim as they rebuild their homes and their lives, which could take years. The Feast at Lele 'ohana is strong, resilient, loving + lives to bring aloha to those around the world visiting Lāhainā. Countless have visited the Feast enjoying fresh leis, mai tais, dinner, accompanied by entertainment from across Polynesia. Unfortunately, on August 8, 2023, our beloved and historic Lāhainā town was devastated by wildfires.
As with many other local businesses in Lāhainā, Feast at Lele was completely destroyed in these fires. Many of the staff have lost their homes and their livelihood. While the company may be rebuilt - homes, lives, and income are much harder to replace. We do not know what the future looks like but are looking to support the Feast at Lele 'ohana in this time processing a life-changing tragedy.
