This year $20,000 from our fundraiser went to the Wisconsin Guardian Foundation! Check out the picture in the comments of the handsome guy we were able to sponsor.

We are incredibly grateful to Musky Tale Resort for their generous donation to our Guardian Service Dog Program. Their fundraiser earlier this month, will provide a service dog for a Wisconsin Veteran. As an all-volunteer organization who puts all proceeds into free programs for veterans and first responders, your contribution means everything. Thank you!!

Next week, we’re kicking off our care package packing, and we have a $1,000 budget to fill these boxes with goodies and encouragement for deployed service members! 🇺🇸❤️

We’re asking our amazing supporters to send us the mailing address of a deployed service member so we can send them a care package filled with items they can enjoy and share with others.

We’re also accepting donations of items to include in the packages! Some great ideas include:

• Snacks and treats
• Personal hygiene items
• Small games like UNO
• Decks of cards
• Other small items that can bring comfort and fun

Let’s come together and show our deployed service members how much support they have back home! If you know someone who could use a care package, please send us a message with their address. And if you’d like to donate items, please reach out!

The dog went out last night to fetch a duck out of the river and he came back with two. The crowd decided spilt rather than toss the two back out. So our winners split $1905!!! Winners were Brandon T. and Denny Aaron.

We had such a great turn out yesterday! Thank you to everyone that supported such a great cause. I can not thank all of my family and friends enough for all that they put into this event with me. They go above and beyond lending stages, tents, roasters and most importantly their time.

Huge shout out to the volunteers yesterday, it took 54 amazing people to make our 8th Annual Veterans Fundraiser run so smoothly!
(To think the first year we had like 10 of us!)

This years proceeds were $30,485!!!!!

We still have a few boards to fill out so that number will grow a little bit as we finish them out.

I will post all of the unclaimed prizes later today after we finish putting the resort back in order.
