Alright Folks! Today is the day! Jared is done cutting and preparing the Iberico Pork racks. It is now on the menu as we speak! 😁

Hello folks! This is for all the pork lovers out there! We are possibly adding Iberico Pork to our menu. The pork comes out of Spain/portugal only. It has a different taste due to the sweet acorns it consumes while free roaming. This is the Wagyu of pork!
