Shout out to Find Me Gluten Free for their app! So many of their reviews from the celiac community touched us and it validated our decision to do what we do! Thank you!!! Please check out Chef Genevieve's other eatery Bangkok 96 Street Food since it has become a dedicated GF kitchen about a month ago and it's also located in Detroit Shipping Company food hall :)

We hope it's ok that we share one of your reviews that made us say omg too 😭 Thank you!!!

Every Tuesday, we feature a roll of the day to spice things up. This one is called " Crunchy Salmon" because of the Gluten-free tempura crunch texture inside and out. Available only this Tuesday (limited time only).

We took our team out to get a break and show our appreciation. We also said goodbye to our cashier Leah who is heading to college. Best wishes to all of the college students starting their new chapters!
