We're layering flavors and Old Shill this week! We stack up two 3oz premium Michigan Craft Beef smash patties, thick-cut bacon, a fire roasted poblano pepper and then melt pepper jack cheese on top so everything locks in. Then we drizzle our house made chipotle aioli over it so each flavor works together as if your tastebuds are the endgame.
Always served with fries (or upgrade your sidekick to onion rings), pair it with a cold beer, and let us know what you think!
