Korean Beef Patty - A Fresh Slaw that Packs a Punch - Chili Crunch Pickles & Gochujang Mayo all on a Toasted Sesame Bun that we make every morning ❤️

Oh, btw, we figured we’d use that fantastic Korean sauce to coat our juicy chicken lollipops 😤 we call them K Pops - we’ll see ya soon!

Our team member, Leo, took the Magic Shroom and made it his own: sub pepper jack, pickles, bacon, crispy onions, avocado + salsa verde.

Austin, remember 2010? 👀 We’re turning 16, so let’s take a little trip down memory lane.

Ke$ha, Gaga, Bieber Fever… 2010 had us in a chokehold. 🎶

Same street, different era. SoCo has changed a LOT since we first opened our doors.

Instagram was literally brand new. We were all just figuring out filters. 😭

Austin went from 790K residents to over 1 million. That’s a whole lot of new neighbors!

Back when ACL was just ONE weekend. Who remembers those days? 🎸

BlackBerrys, iPhone 4s, and iPod Touches. Simpler times. 🤳

Team Edward or Team Jacob? This was a serious personality trait. 🧛🐺

Skinny jeans, silly bandz, UGG boots with leggings. We really thought we ate. 😭💅

The burgers were iconic. And those 2010 prices? Even more iconic. 💸

We start with our quality beef and add things like crunchy chili pickles, a red pepper & green onion slaw, our own k Sauce, gochujang mayo, and a customized sesame seed bun made in house 🫡

This burger can get a fried chicken treatment as well - with our fried chicken filet getting tossed in that K Sauce for a completely different flavor profile 🐓

AND we have added the option to get our chicken lollipops tossed in the very same K Sauce
