Briar Patch Denver

✨ Happy Labor Day from The Patch! ✨

Last night, our GM celebrated Labor Day the best way he knows how — throwing on an apron, heading into the back, and getting his hands dirty alongside the team. Because sometimes the best way to say thank you is to jump in and help. 🫶

Today, we’re celebrating our incredible staff — the people who pour their energy, talent, heart, and probably a little sweat 😅 into making Briar Patch what it is.

And to all of the bartenders, servers, cooks, hosts, baristas, shopkeepers, and neighborhood heroes across Congress Park: thank you for making our little corner of Denver brighter, warmer, and more connected every single day. ❤️

We’re lucky to work alongside you, and even luckier to call Congress Park home.

Happy Labor Day! Now go tip your service workers.

Two Mondays. Two completely different flavors of chaos. 💅🍸📎

📎 MONDAY 9/7 — THE OFFICE TRIVIA
That’s what she said. 😏
Come prove you know your Dunder Mifflin from your Dundies. Bring your work wife, your office crush, and that one friend who somehow has an encyclopedic knowledge of Michael Scott’s most unhinged moments.

📝 Trivia starts at 6PM.
Come for the trivia. Stay for the inappropriate quotes. Leave questioning why you know this much about a fictional paper company.

✨ MONDAY 9/14 — EMMY AWARDS WATCH PARTY
The g**s are getting glamorous. The red carpet is out. The cocktails are flowing. The outfits are going to be a lot. 💋🏆✨

Join us for television’s biggest night as we judge the nominees, the winners, the losers, and—most importantly—the LEWKS. 👀

🥂 Doors at 5PM | 📺 Show starts at 6PM
💃 Dress to impress. Or dress like you’re hoping to be photographed leaving the after-party.

📍 Briar Patch — Congress Park’s Dining Room

Come for one Monday. Come for both. We promise the drama will be better than anything on NBC. 🌈

Some gifts just hit a little differently. 🥹🐾

Some of our wonderful regulars left us Cooper’s dog beds, knowing they’d get plenty of love and good use here at Briar Patch. Their sweet note absolutely melted our hearts. ❤️

Cooper may not get to enjoy them anymore, but his beds are going to keep a whole lot of other pups cozy at the Patch. 🐶💤

This is what community looks like. We’re so lucky to have the most thoughtful regulars. Thank you, Michael & Sandra, for thinking of us — and for giving Cooper’s beds a second life filled with puppy snuggles. 🐾❤️
