Peas and carrots for dessert, you say? Yep, sure do! This is one of our newer desserts from Chef Eric and team. It's a play on a carrot cake that begins with a sweet pea chiffon cake plated with carrot marmalade, gluten-free chocolate streusel, and roasted vanilla bean cream mousse. We garnish this with fresh pea shoots and flowers. We hope you love it!
