For September, we’re bringing in Bert’s Brewing from Idaho! Their b**r lineup is about as well-rounded as it gets, with everything from easy-drinking la**rs to hoppy b**rs, big tasty stouts, and plenty in between.

We considered importing Idaho potatoes too, but apparently there are laws about shipping potatoes

🚨 BETRAYAL ALERT 🚨

Well, this sucks. K’s last shift at Ephemeral is TODAY because she went and got herself a job in San Francisco.

We’re happy for her. We’re proud of her. We’re also taking this personally. Come have a b**r, say goodbye, and help us send her off before she realizes she can’t come back.

We have been informed that drinking b**r can, in fact, help children.

Join us for a fundraiser benefiting Columbine Elementary, where a portion of all sales goes directly back to the PTA. Come drink some b**r, support the school, and make your accountant proud. Probably.

Earlier this year we made the trip to Long Beach to visit our friends at Beachwood. We had a wild day of good b**r, great conversation, and A LOT of sour tasting.

After plenty of blending, tasting, tweaking, and tasting again, we are stoked to finally announce the release of our creation. This Huckleberry Sour is bright, tart, juicy, and perfectly balanced. It was a really fun collaboration from start to finish, and we’re excited to finally share it with you. Come try the beaut tomorrow.
