The most important and hardest job I have ever had was raising my kids; my goals for them were to be happy and thrive in this world. Today marks my grand finale of raising my kids, Aidan is now a School of Business CSU college graduate and is looking forward to his next journey.
I am looking forward to the next stage of parenthood, sitting back and seeing if I did I good job getting my kids ready for the world. Something tells me I am going to be very proud: prouder than I was today. Aidan, I know you are going to do great things, you grew up to be extraordinary man. Love you more than everything, Momma Lisa xo

When the client tells me she will bring in assistance, she came through. Was so great working with making the perfect event for a beautiful cowgirl. Also, a big thank you to Amy and Mickey for your event expertise, teamwork makes for great events. .

The food of the Kentucky Derby paddock, and it was the perfect menu. Would you like to know why? The budget had to go many different directions and they needed a menu that could serve lots of people while they grazed throughout the event. (Grazing is another name for snacking.) Sometimes a station ran out and needed time to replenish, and we were all okay with that; there were many other items to choose from.
Was the food fancy; not at all, but it was fun and delicious and people ate it up. This is a bucket list for most people and we were just all blessed to have a memorable experience.
If your next event has a budget that needs to go in many directions this style of catering is perfect. If you need food to last for 3 to 5 hours, again it is the perfect menu. I already sold someone a menu similar because his budget needs to go many different directions. They actually think it is pretty cool they have the same menu concept as the Kentucky Derby❤️🐎
