Today, Monday, October 19th, we will be at 3721 Bijou St (Academy Blvd and Bijou 80909, next to Circle k) 11a.m-4 p.m. I will always post if we have sold out and had to close early.✨️

Southern Colorado/Northern New Mexico Style Mexican food. Smothered pork green chile burritos, chicharrones, tostadas, chimichangas, tres leches cake, banana pudding, horchata and more. What a treat!✨️

We do accept cash, credit/debit cards and Apple Pay.✨️
