Today we were back at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, this time for Parent’s Weekend. Dude… it was a HUGE event and we broke a new sales record 😆!! We really enjoyed serving so many cadets and their families! We especially enjoyed all the compliments from Texas families who said they LOVED our brisket. Thank you for the incredible support! Go Air Force 🫡!

Hello September!

We took the last two weeks of August off to get our youngest Martin off to college (we miss her like crazy but we are SO PROUD OF HER!!) and to enjoy some down time with family. Believe us when we tell you, we really needed that break. It was also our own way of celebrating our 1-year anniversary, which occurs this month. What better way, after hustling our hearts out for the last year, than to celebrate our anniversary with a break? So it was a good and restful. But Bebo Rae’s is BACK and we are fired up about September!

We have some HUGE events this month with the food truck. Sept 4 we are at the US Air Force Academy for Parent’s Weekend (7,000 people), then Sept 19-20 at the Pikes Peak Regional Air Show (30,000 people), and then Sept 26 for the Tough Mudder Colorado at Ft Carson (10,000 people), and of course lots of other great lunch, dinner and brewery events sprinkled throughout. We’re really proud of the caliber of events we’ve been chosen for this month and we’re here because of all of you! We can’t wait to serve you soon. We’ll see you back at the food truck window!!

We are Bebo Rae’s Social Kitchen and we serve Tex-Mex BBQ, smoked and grilled meats served over tacos, nachos, with queso, limey cremas and handcrafted prickly pear limeade to wash it all down!

This might just be one of our favorite spots! We were at the Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum last week and we’re returning again on Tuesday (tomorrow). Catch us for lunch on Tuesday from 11-1:30pm. It’s a beautiful downtown building right around all the downtown things within walking distance.

AUGUST AUGUST AUGUST! Wow we are flying through summer. Here we thought we’d be melted to the food truck floor by now with those summer temps but we’re going strong! August brings two exciting things: we’re trying out a few new locations, along with a movie in the park night in Fountain, a music in the park night in Colorado Springs…AND Bebo Rae’s is going on Summer Break ☀️! We will be closed the last two weeks of August. So, no procrastinating! Get your Bebo Rae’s early in August. That includes Prickly Pear Limeade and Skirt Steak Tacos…and maybe some Chips & Queso 🤤.

Ooooh buddy…our Al Pastor wings have been rocking as a special these last two weeks of July!! And when you pair them with our brand new Prickly Pear Limeade…bro…it’s🔥 🤤. Grab a plate tonight (Thursday 7/30) before we sell out for the week!! Of course we’ll have all the other good stuff too: skirt steak tacos, brisket nachos, chips and queso…!

We’re at Banning Lewis Ranch Community Market and Concert night! 8833 Vista Del Pico Blvd., Colorado Springs, 4-8pm or sell out.

What is Al Pastor? The Al Pastor flavor profile is smoky, slightly sweet, citrus tang, earthy and mildly spicy. It’s often used with pork but also goes deliciously with other meats.
Bebo has been experimenting with a scratch made Al Pastor wing sauce and we’re ready to bring it to you. Next to the wings is a pile of chili lime fries (sounds interesting right?!) and Bebo’s scratch made chipotle ranch. DELICIOUS.

A year ago, our brand new food truck was shipped from San Antonio to Colorado Springs and it arrived overnight on our doorstep!

The excitement of it all was just awesome! We knew so little about operating a food truck but we had all the determination in the world to make it happen and we officially opened in September 2025.
