A french restaurant in haarlem nederlands. Delicious. When i first got into cooking, the movie was something that inspired me. Hence, the tattoo on my right bicep. We did the foie gras tasting menu. Some of the highlights are the play on ferrero rocher that is dtuffed with foie gras. The foie gras wrapped with smoked eel and beet vin. And the seared fois gras. Ugh sooo rich. 🇳🇱
