The weather has changed and so does our menu - here is our latest dish - c5 organics ribeye with sweet and sour chard, the most decadent mashed potatoes and bearnaise sauce. When we first tasted this beauty from sous chef Preston it made me want to flop down on the floor it is so tasty. The steak is grass fed and finished from Brian’s small herd in Cardwell. I’ve been buying beef from Brian for 15 years now and the ranching life seems to be preserving him agelessly. We really appreciate c5 and all of the ranchers that allow us to offer you healthy delicious meat that continues to maintain the health of the land in which it grows. The last rays of summer are still shining and bringing us amazing strawberries from nearby Bear Creek Farm. We’re making a super tasty rendition of strawberry ice cream to go into these waffle cones with a bit of chocolate at the bottom of the cone and also a bit of chocolate and pistachios on top. Salad season is here! Our farmers are bringing us many bustubs of 😋 vegetables each day and our cooks are getting better at stringing snap peas than they ever dreamed of. This is our new snap pea salad with mint vinaigrette, feta, basil, toasted pine nuts and our proprietary mix of greens. Check it out!

Our latest dish is a green curry with , a gorgeous duck leg or breast from , coconut milk, lemongrass, and a fresh salad of mint, cilantro, and greens from our farm dressed with lime juice and olive oil. Check it out, so tasty 😋! We are now open seven days a week and the rooftop is open, weather permitting. We look forward to serving you and yours.❤️

Produce like this beautiful bok choy from our farm has begun showing up 🥳. This is our newest dish which will hit the menu tonight: a springy panzanella with grilled chicken, our bok choy tossed with grilled asparagus in a Meyer lemon ranch dressing and braised leeks, cannellini beans, and coriander.

Another new ravioli variation from lead line cook Jackie has hit the menu. Overwintered parsnips from our farm with walnuts cooked in brown butter are the stars, along with ricotta, parsley and crispy sage. Super yum, check it out!

We have been running a pasta special made with pappardelle noodles comprised of 100 percent Kernza flour, water, and salt. Kernza is a perennial grain with 10 ft. or longer roots that can grow in drier climates and has high levels of protein, nutrients, and flavor. showed a movie Saturday night for Earth Day about Wes Jackson’s efforts at The Land Institute to promote the adoption of kernza for regenerative farming. Many of you who saw the movie came out to last night to try the pasta for yourselves and join us on our inaugural Sunday dinner service. We were truly thrilled at the turnout, thank you all so much for your continued support. #❤️

All the farms in the gallatin valley have run out of root vegetables from last year but we found these beautiful fingerling potatoes from Foothill Farm in Missoula and kindly delivered them to us for this yummy version of patatas bravas. With two different mayos flavored with chimmichurri and salsa macha. Soon we will be reveling in an abundance of spring vegetables but not quite yet. Also, we are now OPEN ON SUNDAY . We bake our sourdough loaves every day, now including SUNDAYS!🥳 Ingredients include 100% organic flour milled in Montana at MT Flour and Grain in Fort Benton, our sourdough starter that we’ve been feeding since we opened in 2017, water, and sea salt.
