P.S....in addition to our Second Annual Garage and Beef Sale On Sat. Sept. 28th, I forgot to mention that our Blue Outhouse was stolen recently. It has hail holes in the roof and says Big John's on the front ....I reported it, but we never heard anything. Likely stolen by kids who dumped it into some public space or school playground....maybe someone heard about this?

On Friday Sept. 14th and Sat. Sept. 15th, The Stockyard Cafe will have a garage sale and you can learn about our beef!
We will begin at 10 a.m. each day. We will sell a hodge podge of odds-n-ends. (later this fall we will have 6 steers ready for you to get a quarter, half or whole) We will serve cinnamon rolls and coffee too. We sure look forward to seeing all of YOU.
Think of all the decades we tolerated one another!

Howdy all....Please remember Ben will be closed at the Cafe on Sat/Sun July1st and 2nd. He is going to a wedding in Oregon, so wish him well and remember you will have to go get an egg McMuffin or something else next weekend...On another note.....
Will your corn be Knee HIGH by the 4th of JULY? I don't exactly want to toot my own horn, but my corn will be....

Technical malfunctions folks, therefore we are closed today Thurs. 5/4/17 (see photo of hood fan!) back in action tomorrow though for the rest of graduation weekend.

Twin Heifers, shooting stars all in one spring day. Doesn't get much better than that. See you for Bacon, banana bread, and real homemade biscuits in the morning. (and P.S. ..guess what the white fluffy stuff is in the shooting star photo for a free coffee!!)

Ben has decided to revert to our old closing time of 1 p.m. which still gives you plenty of time to get the best bacon in town, homemade cornmeal melt in yo mouth pancakes, ham off the bone, and huevos gringos which would challenge any huevos rancheros to a duel.
Remember to call first when the thermometer is set to stay below zero or in the single digits all day......539-1341
