Prosciutto Heaven Flatbread. Available on our evening menu! Dinner service starts at 5pm Tuesday through Sunday. The prosciutto flatbread is layered with olive oil, light garlic, a chèvre and ricotta cheese spread, fior di latte, a sprinkle of black pepper and prosciutto then drizzled with a balsamic reduction and honey. Lilac, Juniper, Chocolate and Blackcurrant Entremet. We have a fun new dessert for Mother’s Day! It’s starts with a chocolate, juniper and lilac mousse then a gin and tonic and gelée, followed by a blackcurrant and lilac cream and finished with a Sable Cookie base! This is for the moms out there who love a good gin and tonic at the end of their very long days! This is available for pre-order online if you want to reserve one for Mother’s Day.
