We use naturally cured bacon made without artificial preservatives or added nitrates, crafted from clean, thoughtfully sourced animals.

And of course, we wouldn't be pieous/pie-e-tea without our:

Tuesday - Sunday 8am - 11am

The bad news is pieous will be closing for our annual winter break December 22, 2025 - January 5, 2026.

The good news is we are now taking pre-orders for our pieous, pie-e-tea and preach goodies, so we don’t leave you hanging over the holidays.

Thank you for understanding the importance of our spending this time with our families. When we first opened pieous, our kids were 5, 3 and 5 months old. Now, our amazing daughter will be 18 in less than a week and off to college next year and our 2 not so little guys have just turned 16 (and driving!) and 13. The time goes so fast, we are trying hard to savor every moment of this wild ride.

We always miss seeing your warm, friendly faces and all the hugs and love and during this time, but we’ll make up for it with extra hugs and love when we return. We could all use a little more of that.

PRE-ORDER IS NOW LIVE!

THANKSGIVING IS FAST-APPROACHING.

We have so much to be thankful for, not the least of which is you all. You have been there for us through the good times and the not so good times for a jaw-dropping 13 years now.

We're thrilled to do what we do and we love doing it for you.

Our Thanksgiving Menu is now up on our website. Please visit us at pieous.com (http://www.pieous.com) to place your orders. We are making a lot of our highly requested Smoked Turkey Breasts, but once they are gone, they are gone, so please try to get your orders in as soon as possible (we hate letting you down).

When scheduling your order online, please choose pickup date of either

We have some very exciting additions to our pieous menu and of course, the return of the usual favorites and staples.

We also have a new line of dark chocolate goodies available under the preach header on our website, so be sure to check that out, too. Our high protein, antioxidant rich protein bars and bark have become quite popular and we're trying hard to keep up with demand - we're also trying hard not to eat them all! Come try them for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

We open everyday (except Monday) at 8am for coffee, our famous pastrami and eggs, scratch-made french sourdough pastries and our own coffee bar. We turn our back room into a coffee lounge in the mornings and keep it open until 11am. It's a great way to ease into your mornings, nice and cozy, with big leather couches, chairs and tvs.

We also now have our back room open to the public on Saturdays and Sundays during sports season so you can enjoy your favorite sports games with your breakfast and lunch. All other times, it is available for rent, for large private parties, meetings and/or intimate gatherings.

Our famous house-smoked whole pastramis are available for shipping nationwide and make awesome gifts! These can be ordered directly on our website...whole or sliced and vacuum sealed, with or without all of the fixings.

We also have some awesome news on the tv front, which we hope to be able to share with you very, very soon!

Hi guys - just a quick note to let you know we are open today. 8am-2pm & 4pm - 8pm (weather permitting). Come warm up with us this am with some piping hot coffee/espresso drinks, fresh out of the oven scratch made sourdough French pastries (while they last) & our made to order pastrami & eggs! And, starting at 11am, we’ll be serving up our authentic Italian VPN pizza, world famous pastrami, meatballs, semolina pastas & house desserts.

Happy New Year from us and our family to you and yours!

We’re back at it tomorrow (just in time for the cold front) for all your pieous + pie-e-tea wants and needs.

Starting at 8am, we will have our pieous pastrami & eggs, signature coffee & espresso drinks and scratch-made, fresh sourdough French pastries hot out of the oven. Lunch service begins at 11am with all of your pieous favorites (true & authentic VPN pizza, house-made mozzarella, world famous pastrami, house sourdough, big fresh salads, meatballs, semolina pastas, all the comfort food & our irresistible scratch-made desserts).

Thank you for your understanding and grace in supporting our decision to close for our annual summer + winter holidays (since year 1), so we can spend quality time with our kids & simultaneously drive them crazy (before they are old enough to move away from us) and so our staff can take some well-deserved time for themselves and their families, too.

We love what we do, why we do it & who we do it for…you and your families and us and our families.

We are very lucky to be surrounded by such amazing friends + customers who have become family to us. We know how lucky we are to have so many incredible people in our lives who push us towards greatness; who make us always want to give 150% and who make us strive to be better every single day.

Pastrami & Eggs!

Finally...tomorrow marks the return of our pastrami & eggs! Featuring pieous' famous pastrami, fresh mozzarella & eggs, scrambled to order (can be made dairy free). Available Tues - Fri from 8am-11am (visit our website pieous.com (http://www.pieous.com) for more details).

Also, you may have heard about the power of Sourdough and the secrets Blue Zones founder and best-selling author (among other things) discovered to living the longest, healthiest, happiest lives...and guess what...1 of them is the POWER OF EATING SOURDOUGH every day! We whole-heartedly agree.

Here at pieous, we are so committed to this notion, that we make our own Sourdough in-house daily. Real, Sour, Chewy, Scratch-made Sourdough made using only the finest ingredients: European Flour, Water, Salt, our own Wild Sourdough Starter (cultivated from grapes we harvested over 2 decades ago in Napa Valley) and Love.

So devoted to the power of Sourdough that we offer it in 7 delightful forms at pieous:

1. pieous Vera Pizza Napoletana Pizzas (truly authentic Italian pizzas as certified by the Italian Government);

2. pieous Sourdough Boules (which we are told rival those found in the finest Bakeries in SF, Italy, France and throughout the world);

3. pieous Sourdough Baguettes, seeded or plain (available by pre-order only);

4. pieous French pastries (yes, fresh, scratch-made, in-house, French pastries including the highly revered (by Guy Fieri/DDD/The Food Network & so many others) Caramel Rolls, Morning Buns (think grown up Cinnamon Roll), Pain Au Chocolat, Kouign Amann and classic huge, puffy Croissants. We laminate our own Sourdough Croissant dough and make these from scratch right here in-house. Baked fresh Tuesday - Sunday, available in our coffee shop, pie-e-tea (located inside pieous) starting at 8am.

5. pieous Panuozzo Sandwiches (made with our delicious Sourdough pizza dough in the shape of a pita);

7. pieous irresistible Dulce De Leche Bread Pudding made in-house. A sourdough and bread pudding lovers delight!
