Chimichurri is back on the menu, so go ahead and spice up your next pie. Build your own with our house-made chimichurri sauce or try one of the specialty favorites like the Chimi Hendrix with chimichurri, chicken, red bells, and gorgonzola, the Working Man with chimichurri, bacon, pineapple, red onions, and cilantro, or the Xanadu with chimichurri, breaded eggplant, cherry tomatoes, black olives, and red bells. Thin crust and a little bit messy in the best way.
