Cinnamon blueberry rolls🥮🫐

Dough
1 1/2 cups of flour
1/4g of rapid rise yeast
Sugar(didn’t measure)
1 tbs salt
Mix well then pour in wet ingredients
3 tbs butter
1 1/2 cups of warm milk
Then use mixer 5-10mins until dough gets firm
Let sit in a bowl to proof for 30-40 mins
When ready pin roll dough out.

Blueberry filling
In a sauce pan on high cook down blueberries
Add 1-2 tabs of cinnamon
2 whole squeezed lemons
1/4 cup of sugar
Salt
Cook down then turn off heat and let cool
Mix and spread cinnamon,brown sugar, and butter together for rolled dough. Add cooled blueberry compote, then roll and put rolls in sprayed baking dish
Bake for 35 mins and enjoy
