Last week, my team and I fed 300 JROTC students for breakfast. The menu consisted of Bacon, Eggs, and Cheese sandwiches and Sausage, Eggs, and Cheese sandwiches. Then turned around and fed 340 students for lunch.

400 Grilled Mild Wings, (2) Large Pans of Meatballs, (2) Large Pan of Pasta Salad and (12) Dozens of Honey Glazed Salmon Sliders later!!! When I say our customer ate good and when we came back to pickup our chaffin dishes, they were raving about the food. The pans were almost demolished.
