This month’s venue highlight is Callanwolde Fine Arts Center, a 27,000 square foot mansion located in the historic Druid Hills neighborhood, framed by mature trees and beautiful gardens.

Inside the mansion—old-world craftsmanship at its best—walnut floors and paneling, 12-foot ceilings, and a grand staircase, framed by a solid limestone archway that spills out into a great hall. Outside: terraces, a fountain, sprawling lawns and formal gardens.

Celebrating the Dog Days of Summer!

We’re taking a break from the heat to look at some of our coworkers and their beloved canine companions.

As we soak up the last weeks of summer, we’re also looking forward to cooler days, crisp mornings, and the change of season ahead.

This month’s venue highlight is The Wimbish House.

Designed in the eclectic French Renaissance Revival, or Chateau-esque, style, this lovely Victorian-era home is distinguished by steep gables, intricate detailing, and massive stone masonry ornamentation.

Located at 1150 Peachtree Street and now a beloved Midtown icon, The Wimbish House is lovingly restored and is designated a national, state and city landmark. The Wimbish House is owned by The Atlanta Woman's Club, and funds from its operation are used to support the Club’s charitable activities.

AFFAIRS to REMEMBER will be one of several vendors exhibiting at the Wimbish House event showcase on August 27. For more information and to purchase tickets, please click on the link below:
