Iā€™m going to brag about something most restaurant owners probably donā€™t post about.

Health inspections.

In the past week, two of our restaurants were inspected.

100.
100.

Perfect scores.

And I couldnā€™t be more proud.

Not because a 100 makes for a good piece of paper to hang on the wall.

Because of what it says about our people.

Weā€™ve been talking a lot about culture lately. Culture isnā€™t the words painted on the wall. Itā€™s what happens when nobody is watching.

Itā€™s the prep cook who refuses to cut a corner.

The dishwasher who takes pride in a spotless station.

The manager who holds the standard on a slammed Saturday night.

The entire team doing the little things right, every single day.

You donā€™t scramble your way into a 100 when the health inspector walks through the door.

You earn it long before they arrive.

Twice in one week, our teams proved that.

Weā€™re incredibly grateful and excited to share that Saints + Council is officially expanding to Dunwoody ā€” our first standalone restaurant and our first step beyond Midtown Atlanta. Our team has been working tirelessly behind the scenes. Last week, we celebrated the groundbreaking at Perimeter Mall as we begin bringing this vision to life. We canā€™t wait to welcome the community when doors open in spring 2027.
