Our seasonal Watermelon Salad is the kind of dish made for these hot, lingering New Mexico summer days—and it starts with something truly local.

Our watermelons are farm-to-table fresh from our own farm in Los Ranchos’ , bringing that peak-of-summer sweetness straight from our field to your table.

Juicy watermelon, ripe tomato, crisp cucumber, whipped feta, fresh mint, pickled onion, and a bright red wine vinaigrette—cool, refreshing, salty, tangy, and completely addictive.

And because every great dish deserves a great pour… 🍷

We’re loving it with the Gaintza 2024 Txakolina from Spain. Bright and refreshing with beautiful notes of orange peel, saffron, pear, and white nectarine—the kind of wine that makes you want to slow down and stay awhile.
